You have asked me to write a small testimonial about the bathroom completed in Stepney.
Where do I begin? How do I express my appreciation to the staff of Bathroom Concepts, Rob Duncan, and his team? Forgive me that the following may seem emotional and not as business-like as you expected, but I cannot write this without tears welling up in my eyes.
I approached Rob Duncan in December 2014, in what seemed like an impossible situation for us. With crippling financial pressures, a seriously ill husband and son, we were forced to sell a dilapidated, run-down old house and to try to fix shoddy workmanship by previous owners. All of this was to be done in a timeframe of 12 weeks on a less than modest budget, as we are self-funded retirees.
From the very beginning I was treated with great respect, Rob even forgoing his Christmas holiday to get the plans drawn up and materials ordered. His design team set about transforming a difficult and complicated area with beautiful ideas, and so it would be fully integrated with style and pizzazz into the old house. As work began as early as possible, I was so grateful to the wonderful lads who worked so hard every day in hot and trying conditions. They were always courteous, respectful, and it was a joy to have them on-site. Every day, Rob and Wes were there to supervise and instruct the project to their high and exacting standards.
Words cannot describe the outcome. First class, superb, beautiful, classy, luxurious, fabulous. I want you to know we have done everything we can to make sure Bathroom Concepts and Rob Duncan are acknowledged for their contribution in the sale of the house. I believe it will be on over 40 websites worldwide. To all the wonderful people who have so generously helped us, I will never forget you. Thank you. Rob said to me one day, there are 3 golden words in life. Please, thank you and sorry. But I am going to add three more. Love, pride and respect, so perhaps there are six.
With my fondest love, Loretta Woolford
